Description
Noor Jahan joined SERUDS in 2017. She was admitted by her mother at Joy Home, SERUDS. She is currently studying 10th class in Indra Gandhi Memorial Municipality Corporation High School(IGMMCH) Noor Jahan’s father Chinna Fakir Saheb used to work as a lorry driver. Noor Jahan’s father is an excessive drinker. Due to his drinking problem, he lost his job. Noor’s mother is working at a farm to support the family. The earned money was not even sufficient to meet the basic requirements of the family. Noor’s father continued to drink excessively and refused to work.
Noor’s mother Basheerabi then admitted her children to Joy home to enable them to get education. SERUDS. Noor’s father doesn’t care about the family anymore and doesn’t even come to visit his children. The entire family’s financial burden rests on Basheerabi’s shoulders and she is trying hard to prevent the family from falling apart.
SERUDS has provided Noor and her brother Nahoor Basha who stay at the Joy Home, SERUDS, with food, clothes, and basic requirements.
Noor likes to study because she wants to become financially independent and strong woman. She wants to become a Telugu teacher. She likes reading books and playing tennikoit and also received a gold medal.
