Description
Lalitha recently joined SERUDS family. She was admitted here by her mother Laxmi Devi because of Lalitha’s father (Shiva) death. She has 2 siblings and the younger one is just a 2 months old. Because of this her mother is not able to go to full time work and support the family. Her father’s death was caused due to heart attack which was shocking to the entire family and has pushed them to poverty.
Lalitha’s mother was not able to provide basic necessities to her children. Though she is just 10 years Lalitha used to do household chores at her home to help her mother. As her mother could not afford to send her to school, she admitted Lalitha in SERUDS.
Lalitha is a very quiet kid and still is afraid to socialize with people and cries occasionally as she misses her family.
At SERUDS all other kids try to make her happy and help her to get over her sadness. She is not interested in games and talks very little to other kids and most of the time sits with her books and reads them all the time
